MARYBETH SAMPSEL

A Montana native, Marybeth grew up in Miles City, attended the University of Montana and Rutgers School of Law in New Jersey. She then caught the first flight back to Montana after graduation. Her practice focuses on appeals, family law, alternative dispute resolution and mediation. She is a past trustee of the State Bar of Montana, the Fee Free Arbitration Committee and the State Bar Professionalism Committee. Locally, she is proud to serve on the board of CASA for Kids and as the Vice President of the Board for Discovery Developmental Center. On the water is the other place you can find Marybeth with her husband, Paul, and their three children.

KELLY O'BRIEN

Kelly is a fourth generation Montanan, originally from the Flathead Valley. Kelly obtained her BS in International Business from the University of Montana, and then went on to pursue her JD at Lewis & Clark School of Law in Portland with a certificate in natural resources law. While in Oregon, Kelly acquired deep business, land use, and estate planning experience with the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals, City of Vancouver, various charitable entities and private law firms. Upon returning to the Flathead Valley in 2011, she has focused her practice on business law, real estate law, probate, trusts and estate planning. Kelly recently earned her Masters in Taxation LL.M. through the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. Kelly is licensed to practice law in Oregon and Montana. She is delighted to have the privilege to live and practice law in NW Montana where she enjoys time exploring in the mountains with friends and family.

SARAH JOHNSON

Sarah specializes in family law, employment law, business practices, and general civil litigation. Her diverse legal expertise, combined with her extensive experience, has made her a cornerstone of our practice.
A seasoned attorney with a rich background, Sarah's career has spanned both the East Coast and West Coast before she made Kalispell her home over a decade ago. She earned her undergraduate degree in Public Policy Studies from Duke University and is a proud graduate of UCLA School of Law. Licensed in both California and Montana, Sarah has been a member of the California State Bar since 2003.
In addition to her legal practice, Sarah is the past President of the Northwest Montana Bar Association and continues to serve on its Board. Her leadership and dedication to the legal community are evident in her ongoing contributions.
Outside of work, Sarah is usually out and about with her three amazing kids and her fiancé Greg, enjoying skiing, hiking, boating, camping, and exploring all the wonders of living in the Flathead Valley.

BRIDGER DOLAN
Associate Attorney
Bridger is a proud double alumni of the University of Idaho, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics before earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law in Moscow. Bridger is admitted to pratice law in Montana at both the state and federal levels.
Since mid-2023, Bridger has gained valuable experience working with a large firm, focusing on general civil litigation, family law, bankruptcy, and estate planning. He is also an active member of the Northwest Montana Estate Planning Council and serves as a notary for the State of Montana. Bridger prides himself with his commitment to helping clients navigate complex legal and financial matters.
Outside of work, Bridger enjoys exploring the natural beauty of the Flathead Valley through hiking and any outdoor adventures he can take part of. He also loves spending time with his fiancee and their lively household, which includes three cats and two dogs. An avid reader, Bridger appreciates any opportunity to grow and to delve into new books while taking in Montana's scenic surroundings.
